Atticus' Newborn Studio Photos - Newborn Studio Portraits
So I have a one bedroom apartment in Ballston and I thought what should I do with my living room? I know, why don’t I make it into a photography studio! So I did just that and thankfully I did as my niece gave birth to her first child. His name is Atticus and he demanded that I photograph him haha. I was super excited to shoot my great nephew and doing it in my studio was the absolute perfect place as it has plenty of room to spread everything out and let mom take a break while grandma and I spend three hours calming him and getting all the shots we could get of him. He was about two weeks old and he was so not happy being left all alone on a beanbag with a strange guy pointing a camera right at him. I don’t blame him of course as it got him more food and cradle time haha! When he did manage to fall asleep we worked extra hard and extra quick and extra quietly to get as many shots of him as we could.
